What to expect — from order to final delivery.
A Luxlight purchase is a major piece of equipment. Here is exactly how production, international shipping, and on-site delivery work, and what we ask you to prepare before your bed arrives.
Five steps from confirmed order to installed bed.
- Step 01
Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once your quote is approved and your order is confirmed, a 30% deposit invoice is issued through Stripe.
- Step 02
Manufacturing
Your equipment enters production at the factory.
Typical production time: 30–45 days
- Step 03
Final Payment
Once manufacturing is complete and the equipment is ready to leave the factory, the remaining 70% balance is due.
- Step 04
International Shipping
After final payment is received by the manufacturer, the equipment is shipped to the United States.
Typical transit time: 50–60 days
- Step 05
Final Delivery
Once the equipment arrives in the United States, final freight delivery to your location is scheduled.

Total Timeline
From order placement to final delivery, the full process typically runs 3–5 months depending on manufacturing schedules, freight transit times, customs processing, and final delivery location.
Preparing for delivery.
It's important that customers understand delivery responsibilities before placing an order so the shipment arrives smoothly.
- Someone must be present at the delivery location to receive and inspect the shipment.
- Lux Light will coordinate delivery scheduling with the purchaser prior to arrival.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is prepared for the equipment.
- A pallet jack must be available to unload the equipment from the freight trailer. In some cases the freight carrier may provide one, but this should not be assumed.
- At least three people should be available to move the equipment into the building — Lux Light beds are extremely heavy and require adequate manpower for safe movement.
- Customers are responsible for arranging a licensed electrician to complete electrical connections and final hookup.
