Refund and Return policy —
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products that have been opened and/or used. Products not opened or used can be exchanged for other goods, a store, credit or a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returned items.

Defective items: Any goods with a defect can be sent back to our warehouse for a replacement. Please contact support@luxlighttherapy.com for replacement information.


Delivery policy —
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days and shipped via United State Postal Service from our California warehouse.

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email support@luxlighttherapy.com to arrange redelivery at their own expense.

Lux Light Therapy accepts no responsibility for any lost or unclaimed packaged. Lux Light Therapy will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel however it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier to file a parcel investigation.
